Regarding u/s 9 of Hindu Marriage Act

Sir(s),

The matter was settled between the parties before women's Cell & mutually separated. thereafter husband files application us 9 of HMA in UP. wife lives other state & wants neither appear in this matter nor proceeded ex-parte. Someone suggested file the memo of parties & appeared on the date with the statement that wife can't appear & file transfer application in SC.
Can explain about Memo of the parties & procedure.....

If you wan to contest the case n the place where you are presently residing then you have to file application before the supreme court for transfer of the said suit to your place of present residence.
