At what different stages accused can be discharged by the court after charge sheet and before commencement of trial.

Judge/magistrate shall discharged the accused when after consider the police report & documents send with Pol. Report and heard prosecution and accused on it, Mag. found that charg is ground less.
provisions-227(by session),239,245 under Cr.P.C.
