Can a Coop Hsg Society member who also owns a Motor Garage in the same society premises, and has also given out his(only) flat on rent, apply for additional car parking slot?

(1) YES, provided there is sufficient extra spaces left after providing parking spaces for all other members of the Society.
(2) Tenants may be allowed to park their vehicles provided it has been resolved to that effect in the AGM.
