To execute consent order

Respected sir , whether writ of mandamus can be filed to implement a consent order, then if the order was in force ,I pray the order should be followed strictly and fully. Experts may advice to this with case laws...

In my view it is better to file execution petition in competent jurisdiction of court.

The consent order is already executed but partially followed not full in terms ,that is why the write of mandamus is filed, it can be fruitful?help
