I have strange problem of being hararssed from neighbours. Kindly guide under which law the case can be filed in court for remedy ?

There is continuous leakage from there bathroom at first floor and our walls down at ground floor getting damp and smelling that not becoming easy to live.

You can refer a civil law book and go through the entire contents, you may find lot of information suiting your taste and the provisions of law by which you can take several actions against your neighbor.

Dear Experts and Mr Kalaiselvan, Many thanks for your advise to find a civil law book on neighbours problems and how to do deal with them. As told by you i even had a look on internet for these books. But not very sure which book.
I request you to kindly refer atleast one such good book with name or author having illustrations which will be good to start with on this subject. Best regards.

which book would you recommend to a patient suffering from asthama / dibetes / cough / frozen shoulder / hernia/ gastric ulcer so that he can cure himself (without incurring any other disease.
Anyone having even a slightest sympathy with you shall not recommend you any book to enable you to get half knowledge and get in trouble.

sir i think nowadays in most doctors clinic the books are freely distributed for various diseases. And sorry i do not agree with your concept of half knowlegde.
One should have oneself knowledge of everything. Nowdays many professionals are having certificates but have no knowledge, what to talk of half knowledge.
So request any expert to advise a good book on civil cases to understand how to resolve the problems with neighbours
