sarkari on 7/12 utara

We have property in pimpei chinchwad before but on 7/12 father name has being deleted and only sarkari is written by talathi
I want to why it has being written so and how to remove the sarkari word from 7/12

Take phetaphr uttara from Yahsildar to know how 7/12 is changed

The Land might have been acquired by the Govt., for some "public purposes". But this can be done only after "due procedure of law".

Visit the local Tehsildar office and inspect the records and obtain copy and file appeal (if required) for restoration.
