Deed of conveyance

Sir,

If the occupation certificate of a building has not been issued to the builder, will it be legal to get Deed of Conveyance and Deed of Apartment registered for an apartment/flat in that building.

Please advise.

yes, deed of conveyance can be validly executed.

Occupancy certificate may not be a pre-requisite for any of your proposed Deeds; However, in your own interest, you may insist for O.C. before final payment to the builder, which is an evidence of construction being legal and as per approved plan !
