Stamp ppare and retirement of partners

my partners in the business is retiring from 31.03.2014 . I have the stamp paper of rs 500 dated on 03.04.2014 . can i use for preparation of retirement deed on it ?

what next i have to follow step as per the legal view.

Excess Stamp is not prohibited; Do get the R/Deed registered if the retiring partners are relinquishing their rights in immovable property in the name of partnership;

Take help of some local lawyer in drafting dissolution deed and new partnership deed and proceed accordingly.
