Protection for parents

dear sir/Madam,

my parents are residing in village alone in our house.last night my cousin uncle(not blood relative) who is reside in city,gone to my village with their 6 other people and threaten
my parents that if u not give me your house then I will kill you.The property case is pending in court from last 5 yrs as per truth all property is of my father and as per documentary evidence also.
my parents record NC in police station but police not taken any action against him as they take bribe from them.
my parents are senior citizen and reside alone so plz how can i take legal action against him and how i protect my parents and how i stop then to come at our village plz help me

Consult a Local Advocate and seek Court Directions to Police to Register the Complaints and Publish in Local News Paper If any thing happens to your parents only those people would be held Responsible thro your Advocate narrating in detail

Besides all other advises, you may write to the Superintendent of police about the status and shall ask him to intervene by directing the concerned police to initiate suitable action as well as give protection to your aged parents.
