i am working in a site of construction co. and bonus of FY11-12 Rs.14000/- not paid & concerned employee not contacted as he left the job in such case what to be done? Please give me Act & sectionwise solution.

You could send the a/c cheque by redg. post at his address as in company's records.

You could ask the employee well in time to provide bank a/c details so as to transfer the amount of bonus in bank a/c of employee well in time.
