Divorce without my consent

Sir,
Please help me in the following by giving suitable advice.
I am married 37 years women having a male child aged 15 and for the last four years i am living independently because of family problems and living for my kid.In these last four years i never met my husband and he also not bothered about us .
now i came to know that he married to a women within a year time and having male child with her.
He never got my consent on divorce he somehow managed to get divorce without my knowledge and on investigating the things recently i heard that he claimed that i am deserted and got divorce.
Is it possible to get such type of divorce?
is there any grounds to take actions against him?
Please suggest me suitably
