Dear sir
partition has filed in the court still it is pending,without informing the owner of the land,the last brother has given the land to lessee to till,if the owner of the land gives the complaint to police station to stop to till the land, until unless court gives final judgment,which is the best way to stop to till the land,kindly advise regards

File an injunction petition and get a restrain order against further tilling of land.
