I am 50+ and married since 2 years which has been more like hell torture. My wife is slowly killing me with her mental torture & intimidation with threats of falsely implicating me for demand of dowry. There is no law coming to my help. If I have to survive, I will have to 'run away' abandoning her. My only worry is that can I be traced and arrested for it? Is it a crime to abandon a harassing wife? well it is advisable for you to meet a local lawyer and decide your course of action . running from problems dont help . facing the problems is the key .never bow down to black mail tactics. next time she says that she wants to file case of dowry tell her to do so .

Thanks Mr. Ajay Sethi for your kind advice. I am a broken man with all the fight gone out of me. No one is taking cognizance of my plight. Betrayed & shattered. Desertion seems to me the only course for survival. What would be the implications of it? Kindly let me know. Thanks & regards.
