where to file additional chargesheet ?

Hii friends...
My colleague wants to file additional chargesheet in CJM Court... but judge is refusing to take additional chargesheet... he is saying show me the provision in which I can take additional chargesheet once matter is committied to session court ?.. he needs provision wch says that additional chargesheet can be taken by magistrate even when matter is transferred to session court... pl. Help me

Additional charge sheet is filed u/s 173(8) of Cr. P. C. even though the case is committed the addl. c. s. is to be filed in committal court only, it can not be filed directly in sessions court. Untill and unless the case is decided the IO has every right to file addl. cs, there is no problem at all.
