Notice bail

(Querist) 03 June 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Respected Sir,

Me and my family got Notice bail in April, 2013 from the Court that in case of arrest, police will give 5 days notice to me and 7 days notice to my family.

Is there any time limit or validity for the notice bail or we have to revalidate our notice bail after some months.

please guide

You need not re-validate it. You can give a copy of such order to the concerned PS.
