A matter is pending in rent controllers court even the respondent is the real owner of the property but his uncle by fraud transferred all papers of electric and water bills on his name and file an application for eviction in rent controllers court. He might be going to sell the property therefore I think we should take the stay on sale of disputed property. Could you please advice from where I could get stay on property. the approximate market value of property is 20,00,000/-
