what would it effect to the agreement?

whether the same is even than enforceable under law?

What will be status of agreement if party withdraw the recovery suit on its own?riven

No speicifc answer can be given against your quarry without clearly disclosing the facts and contents of the agreement. A party to the agreement is if debarred under agreement, cannot file recovery suit otherwise it has got legal right to do so as a citizen of India.riven
