Specification of charges(parking + gac + plc etc etc) in allotment letter

Dear Sir/Mam,
I had booked a flat in Ghaziabad(Raj Nagar Ext-Gulmohar ).Problem is they are INCLUDING cost of CAR PARKING + GAC + PLC + POWER BACKUP+CLUB+OTHER CHARGES in BASIC COST at Allotment Letter.
I want all to be separate from BASIC so that can have proof .They not giving,Is there any law?

This is nothing but offer letter.
Make objection. If they do not agree then go for some other project.
