Dear Experts,

Do stamp duty is required to be paid if a property is transferred again within six months of its registration?

Madam,
[1]If the document is registered the stamp duty has to be paid at the time of every subsequent transfers. [2] If the transfer is between blood relations, then subsidized rate of stamp duty is applicable.
