Dear Sir,

In a suit for recovery of the rental advance, the Tenant (P/f) was given only with the copy of the rental agreement. defendant(land Lord) had also admitted the execution of the same and the receipt of the amount. Now my query is that what is the procedure to call the defendent to produce the original rental agreement. Note that the suit is posted in the special list for trial. Kindly guide me whether I have to file a affidavit Petition for the same (if so, under what provision of law) or I have to give notice to the defendant's counsel under O. XI R. 16.
