Can notice period can be adjusted against annual leaves..? offer letter says at management discretin

Hi,

I have resigned from my organisation due to family problem..but my employer is asking me to serve full 2 months notice.Not ready to adjust my Annual leaves or take money in lieu of notice period.

Please Suggest...

if appointment letter mentions it is at discretion of management to take money in lieu of notice period you cnat force management to take money . serve 2 months notice period and leave amicably
