Limitation for appeal.

Sir, A OS in Pr.Mag. was decided on date X, same day I applied for Certified copy. Decree is yet to be drawn. I applied and got Judgement copy today,after 15 days. Now, whether date of receipt of C.C of judgement date (today)is considered for time limitation of appeal or date of decree and its receipt date? (which is yet to be drawn, even after more than 15 days of order)
Please inform.
