i am a petitenior. i submit 4 lakh 20 thousand in limited society approved by cooperative department punjab. in which they give 12 per interest but after due date. they cant give me interest. then i go to district consumer form. in which additonal registrar cop society appoint liqudator regarding my case. . and the liquadator and asst registrar siezed his property. now 5 year passed they cant take any action on it.i give many application to registrar (ias) cop society, add registrar. but they forward to down. no budy can proceed this case. when i go to liquadator office they said we are on processing. but 6 yer passed conclusion is zero. when we say to auction her property they said accused sale his property illeagly high court inclose stay on property. which means staff of this department is with accused person they help her. now what can i do.

Realisation of the assets and discharging the debts is the duty of the liquidator.You's also fall under the category of "debts"and no special preference could be made.This process may take years together,which is imperative.Sicne your's is a deposit amount to be refunded within the timeframe,file a writ to refund the same within the available resources at command.
