Relinquishment deed

Hi all,

I am the only son to my parents and i am having four sisters.Ours is a Hindu family in Andhra pradesh.I want to execute Relinquishment Deed(RD) from my sisters,so that they dont have rights in my property .Is the RD is valid , if the parents are alive?

Your share in the ancestral property of your family can be relinquished by executing the regd., relinquish deed.
