whereas the joint development agreement entered on FEB,2010 BUT THE joint development property was got by the landowner only on December,2010, and their after the power of attorney of the land owner sold the land to other person on Feb, 2011 after entering into the joint development with the builder on FEB,2010. what the legal problem will arise and what is the solution. kindly advise me

need to go through the provisions of development agreement to advise .
was agreement back dated? if owners of property have given possession in December 2010 to developer it would indicate that no agreement was entered in February 2010 . unless due to reasons beyong control posession could not be given to developer.

father was appointed as power agent and as a power agent he sold the land to his minor son representing by mother of the minor son out of her own income(mother income), which means his wife. now the mother needs to enter into the join development agreement in her minor son's property, whether she has to get permission from court to deal with her minor son property. or no need to obtain since the property purchased out of her own income in the name of her son. plz advise me

The mother can enter into an agreement w/o court order even. However the said agreement can be challanged by the minor on attaining majority.
