2nd holder power

Hello my father and mother owns a flat where father is 2nd holder. We wanted to lease a flat and moth is physically handicapped, so she cannt carry LL procedure can I mention fathers name in LL agreement as licensor where he can complete procedure.
What is th e procedure and time to intimate society for our flat to be leased.

no . mother and father are the licensors . if mother is unable to attend registration office she can give power of attorney to yoyr father for executing leave and license agreement

You have to make application for attending your residence to register LL under section 31 of the Registration Act, 1908 that Your mother is unable to attend sub-registrar office due to physically handicapped.
