sir, i just want to know that. i filed a mutual divorce petition.which was rejected by the court bec the sepration period was only 7 month. what will i do and" my real consurned is that can my wife now lodged an fir against me or any action and can she backout the settelment/compromise deed. hoping for ur kind reply

Filing after 5 months would have been best.

Yes, she can backout and file cases, but you would get AB based on this compromise.
