i have been strruglling for two years for my maintainance.my husband is in merchant navy.july last year the court granted me the maintainance or 30,000 rupees per month .i had to put 128 to get my money .my husband gave me the maintainance of 8 months that too in installments from his mothers account .now he has stopped giving maintainance .two times conditional warrants hav been issued but mother says son is not at home.
he has changed his passport ,his company and his bank account .property also he has transferred.i dont know what to do.he is in foreign shipping.i have got two kids who are studying in school.is there any light in this case or he will be escaping like this only .if any plz suggest.is there any way that i can trace him
