I got married 7 years ago i had 2 daughters aged 5 years and 4 years. my husband was abscond and there is no contact with family and there is no support from my husband. Nearly from 2 years he is not take responsibility towards children and family. so i want to take divorce from him and marry a another person for sake of my child and iam facing with so many problems from him and put so many harrasement after marriage and he will affair with another woman so he was respond to family .
Please suggest me how to get divorce from him and what are the legal aspects will be taken for new marriage.please do help for me.

When he has deserted you and the children,initially you should have given a police complaint for missing.Now that stage has gone by,so can file divorce as adviced above.
