Dear Mr. Makkad,
That happens all the time in this Section. I find that most experts do not insist on getting at least relevant facts before answering. Each one assumes certain things and start answering. Occasions are not wanting, where if one expert had asked for certain queries, others have answered without even bothering to say whether the clarifications asked by the earlier expert are relevant or not. So the vicious circle goes on. Needless to say, the quality suffers in the process and we (at least I) do not gain any useful knowledge either.
