Dear Expert
If an immovable property belongs to three(3) persons, rented out under an agreement on Monthly Rent of 1,20,000 which is payable by the Tennant @ 40,000 to each owener.
Whether Service Tax is Exempted U/s 65(90A) AND 65(105)(ZZZZ) of the Finance Act?

Service tax is not exempted and it is duly required to be charged accordingly.
