Warrant of possession

Sir, I have a warrant possession for the court. But the appeal of tenant is pending. The lawyer and tenant are escaping from arguments for last many months. Should i Enforce the warrant of possession and get the vacant possession or i should want for the disposal of tenant's appeal ? The tenant has no stay from the Session court where the appeal is pending.

When there is no stay granted you can proceed

with execution for possession,there would be no illegality at all.

you can proceed execution of warrant. There is no legal hurdle.
