Parking charges

I have few queries

1> Whether the builder can charge for the parking after the SC judgment of dt 31AUG10?

2> My builder is still asking to pay parking charges. He is not ready to waive off parking charges. Shall i go to consumer court?

3> How much time will be spent in consumer court?

the judgement is self explanatory . the builder cannot sell parking slots to flat owners. if you ahve entered into agreement with builder you can move the consumer forum against the builder .

in bombay it will take at least 2 years for complaint to be disposed of
