my father had a self owened house of worth 80 lac, my father died in 1963, then my mother died in 2008, i have one brother.what is my share in house, house was not a ancestral property. my father had 10 acres land in indore which is ancestral, what is my share in that land

You don't have any share in the ancestral property.

However, in the house property (which according to you is not an ancestral property) you and your brother would get equal share (since your mother had also died).
