Payment Delay / No Response

We are a Pvt Ltd Company in Navi Mumbai and due to get payment from a company in Kolkotta. They are neither committing nor responding even after repeated reminders and personal visits.

Kindly inform what cation can be done against this company and who can help us out in this regard.

You can immediately send a legal notice through your attorney and even if it remain unanswered you may proceed to file a suit for breach.
