can a society regd.under 1860, authorized for a give computer diploma certificate independently.

no unless approved by govt/AICTE.

In case the society is recognised by the government and approval of the AICTE is received, then the diploma certificate issued is valid for securing jobs.

otherwise the certificate issue by the society may not be useful for the purpose of securing jobs particularly government jobs.
