I want to know what is latest case law regarding dying declaration ?

Who can take dying declaration ?

only a judicial magistrate can take dying declaration. But a declaration made to the doctor who is treating can be taken into consideration but has weak piece of evidence.

Dying declaration may be judicial or extra judicial.
