stamp duty and registration

I am purchasing flat in Borivali (e) Mumbai @rs 48 lacs and it is more than government rate. Then plz. tell me what will be the registration fees and stamp duty.

registration fees is fixed but stamp duty would be advolerum roughly speaking10p.c.of consideration money being shown in the sale deed.an exact amount can be had from sub registrar office.
