Hello Experts, Someone borrowd money from me and deposited his signed cheque as security. Now, its been more then 6 month and he is not returning me my money. What should do in such case?

If you have any reciept/agreement/document regarding said dealing of give-take of amount then you can do any thing against him/her in court otherwise you are nothing to do as per law as said cheque has become invalid after completion of six months.

Demand your money, or take an another cheque from him again, any cheque is valid till six months ..

He has not mentioned date on cheque.

if no date is mentioned den fill and present it to your banker and take further action as per circumstances.
