(Querist) 25 February 2011 This query is : Resolved 
I want to purchase a piece of agriculture land around pune. The property that i've shortlisted comes under "Sheti Na Vikas Zone" What does this means.

Does it mean that this land can not be used for agriculture purpose as it is unfertile

OR

Does it mean that I cannot do any kind of construction on it later on.
