The date of agreement is 28th January, 2011. Is the stamp paper dated 10th November 2010 for execution of the agreement is o.k?

There is no time limitation to use the stamp paper, however too much antedated stamp paper creates doubt in the mind of court. One thing should be kept in mind that stamp paper which purchased prior to the talks of agreements is not safe.
