Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 02 February 2011 This query is : Resolved
one of my employee has now denied that he put his signatures on a document during enquiry. it now appears that he did make certain minor changes in his signatures which will prove the document false under handwriting expert scrutiny. now he is accusing me of forging his signatures. problem is that document contains my signatures and therefore i cannot deny the document. how do i defend myself

you can simply deny it and admit your own signatures on it no problem if you have also signed. Refer the signatures with his sign sample to a hand writing expert.

No man's signature will be the same if he signs for several times. But, the expert can identify and compare the signature with minor changes. If every thing is changed, it is called forgery.

any tempering in hand writing can be identified and an expert can identify after comparing the his admitted and disputed signature. If changes are made by the employee this can also be identify as the basic nature of handwriting remains same and if any changes are made intentionally it will appear but basic character of his hand writing will not changed. Thus an experienced experts can easily identify who made such changes.
