sir i want some solution on the point of stmp duty. my quation is can deffendant join as a plaintiff in a suit and can his/her stamp duty will be exemted?

What sort of suit you are talking about as in every suit such liberty is not given. In partition suit the defendant can do such hing with the permission of the court.
