Execution of NBW

Hai can any body help me in stating the procedure for executing a NBW in case of inter state borders. The NBW issued court is in Mumbai but the accused against whom it is issued is in Salem.

GET NBW DASTI AND GO TO SALEM FROM MUMBAI. IN SALEM GO TO POLICE STATION AND GET IT EXECUTED THROUGH THEM.

S U CAN DIRECTLY GO TO THE P.S AND EXECUTE OR GET THE NBW SENT TO THE SP OF THE PLACE OF THE ACCUSED AND GET I EXECUTED THROUGH THE POLICE.

i would like to have an diverse opinion and in my view CrPC has a distinct provision for execution of warrants outside jurisdiction and it has been specified in section 78 of CrPC.

I too agree with all my friends. One easy procedure is that you file a petition for appointment of advocate commissioner to execute the warrant. If court will allow the petition. He may take help of local police to execute the warrant.
If you go directly to the police they may help you or they may drag the matter.

BE the warrent to be issued directing the suprindent of police at salem and there after you just entust any other advocate thereat to personally handed over the same to the officer concerned and therefrom you will get the assistance and direction and assistance to execute the warrent
