Execution of ejectment orders

court has passed ejectment orders against tenant for nonpayment of rent.can appeal be filed or appeal can be filed after paying rent arrears.court has directed to vacate within 2 months. is it criminal offence not to comply with court orders.

Dear Pawan
if any person are not ready to comply the order of the court, The Hon'ble court have power to start contempt proceeding against him/her.
appeal can be filed or not it is based upon the fact and details of the case.

As already replied, the contemp is civil and not criminal. Right of appeal can be invoked by JD in the given case even if he has paid the arrears of the rent.
