the same court has power to stay the execution ???
execution is pending before Principal Senior Civil Judge and judgement debtor has moved an application to stay the execution in same court and same application

so i want to know that the above mention court has power to stay the execution ??

Judgement debtor has paid some penny amount in court and on that base judgement debtor wants to stay the execution

normally executions are not stayed,give a clear picture of facts,it can be moved before same court,it all depends on facts and grounds agitated.
