Evidences from two different cases

(Querist) 11 May 2012 This query is : Resolved
I filed for divorce when my wife has abandoned me but dose not yet come under the category of desertion at the time of filing.

The divorce case was to force my wife into negotiations, instead of negotiating she filed 498 & remanded me.

As expected the divorce case was dismissed as it did not have any grounds.

There are lots of contradictions with respect to her statements in Divorce case & the 498 case

I have obtained certified copies of her counter, deposition & proof of affidavit in the divorce case. & I have submitted the same in the running 498 case to prove her contradictions. (after her chief & before her cross) to support the cross.

The PP has objected to my documents stating that

1)they are two different cases hence not relevant.

dose this mean that any body can change & twist their statements to their advantage & requirements & nobody can question them.

MY QUERY

1) How to force the acceptance of my documents.
any sections / judgements to support.

2) The PP is acting as a personal lawyer of the complaint, how to question his acts

3) The complaint has given lots of false statements in her chief
--few of which i can prove(that they are lies)
--others i cannot prove (that they are false)she also cannot prove them to be true.
is it enough to file perjury.

4) how to file for perjury,is there any particular format, any particular time when to file for perjury.

dont file for perjury . concentrate your energies on winning 498 A case . in your cross examination you cna question her on the contradictions in the staement made before divorce / 498 A case

Mere contradictions is not perjury.

However there are some judgments favoring this as well.

I would advise you to file perjusy and try to negotiate using the pressure it generates.
