Section 59 and 60 is about Oral evidence and 61 to 65A is about documentory evidence. this is self explanatory. Pl ask specifically what is your doubt in oral and docu evidnece.

Oral evidence must be direct.A woman was unable to speak because her throat was cut and she suggested the name of her assailant by the signs of her hand,that was held to be a verbal statement relevent as a dying declaration.
Documentry evidence-Documents produced for the inspection of the Court is called Documentry Evidence.The contents of a document must be proved either by primery or secondary evidence.U/s 65B(1)any information contained in an electronic record which is printed on a paper,stored,recorded or copied in optical or magnetic media produced by a computer shall be deemed to be a document
