The witness to the suit document is the staff of the plaintiff concern. The defense case is that the signature of the guarantor has been forged. The same has been send to the hand writing expert for verification and the result is yet to arrive. The plaintiff has authorized the witness to file the complaint and depose for him as the plaintiff. Is there any irregularity?

Perfectly in order.The employee, who has handled documents on behalf of the plaintiff concern, is a competent witness.

I agree with Lrd Friends and add that ;-

In Bank loan documents - the Officers will be signing as the documents are delivered to them on bhehalf of the Bank-he may be the Manager / or /Asst manager -the Corproate Body - Bank will authorise its employee /Managers/Asst Managers to file the suit and to give statemnt on behlaf of the Bank/Corproate Body
