Want to know if the ESI limit has been enhanced to Rs 25000 and notified???

yes from 1 st april'14.see below.

New revisions in ESI, EPF and Pension limits from April 2014.

Mr Kodikkunnil Suresh Union Minister of State for Labour and Employment informed the press at Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu while laying foundation stone laid for ESIC hospital the following:
PF wages limit will be increased from Rs.6500/- to Rs.15000/-
ESI wages limit will be increased from Rs.15000/- to Rs.25000/-
Pension for un-organized sector workers minimum pension will be increased to Rs.1000/-
This will be effective from 1/4/2014. The Government Order will be issued on 28th February 2014.

"will be increased" -- political announcement; Notification could be contravening Model Code of Conduct of EC; Respective website may be checked if notification issued ?

read the above link in my reply carefully.note that govt.orders to be issued on 28 Feb.2014. model code of EC has not come into effect in Feb 2014.
